    •    Do you have back up in case you are unable to make it on the day?  Yes we do.
   •      How do you come up with the pricing? We work off of the hours you require us to cover your day - for example, if you want us to film preparations starting at 10:00 am and follow right through until the end of the reception at 12:00 am then that equals 14 hours of coverage time.
    •    What attire do your camera operators wear? Formal trousers and collared business shirt, and shoes.
    •    Is the filming unobtrusive to the photographer? Yes and no, generally they don’t get in our way and we don’t get in the way of their shots, but remember we are both there to capture your day as best as possible.
    •    Do you use a tripod?  Yes, but also some steady hand held for those precious moments.
    •    When will the DVD's be ready? Between 4 - 6 weeks after the wedding day.
    •    When do we need to confirm the booking date? As soon as you decide on the package and your budget, but remember that a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking.
    •    Can you film our wedding outside Perth Metro area - e.g. Margaret River? Yes, but there will be an extra cost for transportation and accommodation depending on the circumstances and locations.
    •    Can we provide our favorite songs and music to you? Yes we encourage you to give us a list of the songs you would like to hear at various parts of your wedding day. This makes the editing process much easier.
    •    Will we be able to hear the ceremony and speeches? Yes, we use professional ‘shotgun’ microphones and can also arrange remote lapel microphones if needed.
